With a name too amazing to pronounce, TJ is our resident Thai boxer, spinning expert and childhood education diva. With a GCE Advanced Level and TEFL combined with International TESOL Certification, there’s no wonder why all the kids love and learn so much from TJ and her creative and bubbly personality!
An Interesting Fact!
TJ compliments her love for fitness with a passion for organic produce and nutrition, especially her all-time favourite, quinoa. Even when it’s inconvenient, TJ will go out of her way to make sure she can enjoy some organic munchies!
Experience in Montessori Teaching
I have been working with children for 4 years now and I have the skills with young children, such as providing quality child care to children, conducting a fun and active environment for kids to learn and for them to interact with their surroundings.
By working closely with children through my Montessori observations and practicum at the Bilingual Montessori School of Paris and Hanoi Montessori School, this has helped me provide a context for my growing understanding and a place in which I can begin to experience the translation of theory into practice and to understand the needs of the children and respond to them and to remove the obstacles that the children may face in their growth and development.
After putting myself in a Montessori environment I was able to develop my patience and passion and to give the love that really focuses on the true inner child and look beyond in the child and to trust the Absorbent Mind, Sensitive Periods and the Human Tendencies.
